Co-manager of Storage Systems Business Unit – responsible for the P&L ($25M) of the backup and hierarchical storage systems business line including marketing, product support, software and hardware development and strategic alliances.

Transarc Labs – IBM Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA, 1991-1993.
Area Manager for and Systems Designer in the fault tolerant communications software development group.  Developed fault tolerant protocols for coordinating distributed transactions for IBM transaction processing monitors used in WebSphere and AIX product lines.
